Zegna is hiring a Temporary Sales Assistant at its Cabazon Outlet location to support Customer Advisors, client appointments, sales operations and the store’s image. The role covers customer service, inventory audits, visual merchandising, supplies and back-of-house shipping and receiving; pay is $21 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Communicate customer, product and other store information across the store team to meet customer and business needs.
- Support selling activities by updating customer profiles, preparing gift packages and assisting with client appointment preparation.
- Create calendars for confirmed appointments.
- Pull and organize products for large-scale appointments.
- Keep point-of-sale and alteration stations stocked and organized.
- Consult with Customer Advisors to identify customer needs, preferences and shopping occasions.
- Use company-provided iPod and iPad technology to deliver an integrated luxury experience.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, in line with Zegna customer service policies for alterations, damage, repairs and global returns.
- Enter orders in FIT for the made-to-measure department when floor support is not needed.
- Conduct on-site audits of store physical inventories.
- Ensure in-store visual merchandising follows merchandising guidelines.
- Purchase store packaging materials and general supplies.
- Support back-of-house shipping and receiving operations.
- Follow Zegna store operations and time-and-attendance policies and standards.
