Betteridge seeks a Showroom Manager to assist with general showroom management, deliver excellent client service, set colleague standards and collaborate with the management team. This permanent, full-time role requires schedule flexibility for evenings and weekends; compensation is $100,000–$110,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with managing general showroom functions.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience using retail systems such as labor management, inventory systems and sales reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Schedule flexibility and availability to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
