The Sales Professional at Watches of Switzerland builds client relationships, anticipates client needs, maintains product knowledge, and delivers memorable service through storytelling and hospitality. Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritize clients’ needs, build client relationships, listen to clients to anticipate their needs, and take personal responsibility for their requests.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of merchandise and stay current as new products are introduced.
- Create a positive impression and deliver memorable client service through storytelling and hospitality, demonstrating a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Work flexibly around showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent storytelling ability.
- Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Excellent client service and selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office.
