Betteridge is seeking a Sales Professional in Greenwich to build client relationships, share product knowledge and deliver memorable service focused on timepieces and/or jewelry. This permanent, full-time role requires schedule flexibility for evenings and weekends and pays $23–$25 per hour plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Make clients’ needs the primary focus; build client relationships by listening, anticipating needs and taking personal responsibility for client requests.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of merchandise and stay up to date on new product introductions.
- Create a positive impression and deliver memorable service through storytelling and hospitality, with a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Provide flexible schedule availability to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent storytelling ability.
- Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Excellent client service and selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office.
