Watches of Switzerland seeks a full-time, permanent Sales Professional in Cincinnati, Ohio, to build client relationships and deliver memorable, hospitality-led service centered on timepieces and/or jewelry. Role & Responsibilities
- Make clients’ needs the primary focus.
- Establish client relationships, listen to clients to anticipate their needs, and take personal responsibility for their requests.
- Maintain strong knowledge of merchandise and stay up to date as new products are introduced.
- Create a positive impression and deliver memorable service, demonstrating a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry through storytelling and hospitality.
- Maintain schedule flexibility and availability for showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent storytelling ability.
- Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Excellent client service and selling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office.
