The Total Rewards and Compensation Manager will shape competitive compensation programs across multiple states, supporting talent attraction and retention, performance, and compliance. This is a permanent, full-time role based at the corporate office in Sunrise, Florida.
Role & Responsibilities
- Shape competitive and innovative total compensation programs that attract and retain talent across multiple states.
- Ensure pay practices reflect the brand’s prestige while supporting performance and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in luxury retail or a similar industry.
- Expertise in total compensation programs, including commission structures and incentive plans.
- Multi-state experience and strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency; experience with compensation modeling and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
