Tory Burch seeks a part-time Retail Support Associate in Norfolk, Virginia, to support customer-facing and back-of-house operations, including greeting, running, cash handling, phone coverage, shipment processing, and stockroom organization. The role requires open availability for flexible shifts, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends, and occasional overnight travel may be required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers, run items, operate the cash register, and answer phones.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Collaborate with the store team to deliver retail excellence and memorable customer experiences.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
