Tory Burch is hiring a seasonal, part-time Retail Support Associate in Costa Mesa, California. The role supports front- and back-of-house operations through customer greeting, running items, cashiering, answering phones, executing store procedures, handling shipments, and organizing stock; the compensation range is USD 17.00–20.00, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers, run items, operate the cash register, and answer phones.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- Must have open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Stock-related experience is a plus.
