The Retail Support Associate supports front- and back-of-house operations at Tory Burch, greeting customers, running items, operating the register, answering phones, processing shipments and organizing the stockroom. This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule that may include overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts, and occasional overnight travel. Compensation is $15 USD, with the offer based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers.
- Run items and support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations.
- Operate the cash register and answer phones.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments.
- Organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
