Tory Burch is hiring a part-time, seasonal Retail Support Associate in Orlando, Florida, to support front- and back-of-house operations, customer welcome, cashiering, phone coverage, shipments and stockroom organization. The role requires 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume retail environment, open availability for varied shifts and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting at least 40 pounds. Compensation is USD 15, with the offer based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in the store.
- Run items and provide operational support across front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Operate the cash register and answer phones.
- Understand and execute store operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments.
- Organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
