The Retail Support Associate supports front- and back-of-house operations at Tory Burch, including greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, executing operational procedures, processing shipments, and organizing the stockroom. The seasonal, part-time role requires one to two years of high-volume retail experience, open availability for varied shifts, and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting at least 40 pounds.

Qualifications

- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
