Tory Burch seeks a seasonal, part-time Retail Support Associate in Farmington, Connecticut, to support front- and back-of-house operations, customer service, cashiering, shipment handling and stockroom organization. The role requires 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume retail environment and open availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; compensation is based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers as a greeter and support the customer experience.
- Run items and assist with store operations.
- Operate the cash register and answer phone calls.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments.
- Organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- Must have open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs., carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
