The part-time Seasonal Sales Associate builds customer relationships, drives sales and delivers a distinctive Tory Burch client experience through product expertise and brand storytelling. The role requires one to three years of high-volume retail experience and open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create an engaging customer experience using selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Follow and maintain sales and operational policies and procedures.
- Help customers feel welcome and deliver memorable retail experiences.
- Contribute to business growth and explore innovative ideas that support retail excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to service and genuine curiosity and interest in people.
- Authenticity and fashion and style sensibility.
- Resourcefulness, collaboration and a team-oriented approach; awareness of visual and operational aspects of the role; commitment to loss prevention.
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
