Tory Burch is seeking a Product Manager, Product Lifecycle to own the technology roadmap for product lifecycle management and coordinate delivery across global business partners, internal engineering teams, and enterprise software vendors. The role covers merchandise planning, allocation, forecasting, pricing, product data, and supply-chain workflows, with compensation of USD 120,000–150,000 based on relevant experience and work location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a multi-quarter Merchandise Planning & Allocation roadmap covering allocation, merchandise planning, forecasting, pricing, product data, and supply-chain change workflows.
  • Define product outcomes, success measures, scope, sequencing, and trade-offs; keep the roadmap current and delivery work visible.
  • Prioritize investments according to business value, user impact, risk, effort, technical dependencies, and regional readiness.
  • Partner with planning, buying, pricing, merchandising, supply chain, master data, and technology teams to understand workflows, pain points, controls, and opportunities.
  • Translate discovery into clear problem statements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and user acceptance testing (UAT) approaches.
  • Define and monitor product, operational, quality, and adoption metrics, using qualitative and quantitative evidence to refine priorities.
  • Act as the accountable business-product counterpart and coordinate delivery across internal engineering teams and enterprise software vendors.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily delivery coordination, UAT, release readiness, and post-launch measurement.
  • Identify risks and dependencies early, escalate decisions with clear options, and maintain a transparent decision log.
  • Reset roadmap governance through focused stakeholder forums, defined decision rights, purposeful user-feedback sessions, and reusable standards for intake, prioritization, documentation, training, release communications, and vendor issue management.
  • Improve stakeholder participation by tailoring forums and communications to the decisions each audience needs to make.
  • Work closely with Engineering, enterprise application owners, data teams, and vendor partners on data quality, attribute mapping, integrations, regional business variation, vendor release cycles, and operational change management.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, retail inventory, demand forecasting, pricing, supply chain, product lifecycle management (PLM), or adjacent retail-operations domains.
  • At least 4 years of product management, product owner, business systems, or comparable experience delivering enterprise technology products.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a complex cross-functional roadmap from discovery through delivery, adoption, and measurement.
  • Strong requirements, process-mapping, backlog-management, and agile delivery skills; experience with Jira, Confluence, and roadmap tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business executives, operational subject-matter experts, and external SaaS or service vendors.
  • Strong analytical judgment and comfort defining KPIs, interpreting data, and making transparent prioritization trade-offs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with Blue Yonder/JDA Allocation, S5 Stratos, SAP S/4 pricing, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Aptos, Centric PLM, or comparable retail platforms is preferred.
  • Experience managing AI/ML forecasting products or vendor-delivered analytics services is preferred.
  • Experience supporting global retail operations across multiple channels, currencies, and regions is preferred.
