Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Advisor in New York's Rockefeller Center to embody the brand in client interactions. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, cultivating client relationships, and delivering exceptional in-store experiences. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, with flexibility for non-traditional hours. A college degree and gemology knowledge are preferred. Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to enhance loyalty and lifetime value.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Capture and manage client data to support relationship-building initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring memorable moments for every client.
- Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise during client interactions.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Implement best practices based on client feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
Education
A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
