Tiffany & Co. seeks a Branch Security Officer in Columbus to maintain a secure environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves serving as an ambassador for the brand, supporting store operations, and ensuring adherence to security protocols. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment, and be able to work flexible retail hours.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
  • Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support store operations to consistently achieve sales plans.
  • Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through regular inspections and reporting.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and facilities repairs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Basic computer skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment, with at least 1 year in a security-related position.
