The RealReal is hiring a Store Operations Associate for its outbound fulfillment team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role supports retail stores by fulfilling high-value merchandise transfers, including picking, tagging, quality inspections, and shipping; the expected base rate is $16–$17.25 hourly, with starting pay determined in part by work location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Hourly incentive pay may also be available based on performance and quota targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Fulfill transfer requests for retail locations by picking, tagging, and shipping merchandise while meeting service level agreements.
- Pick inventory for shipment with 100% accuracy.
- Tag items across all product categories according to retail guidelines.
- Conduct quality inspections while handling and preparing inventory for retail locations.
- Handle reverse logistics and put inventory away to warehouse standards.
- Process parcel shipments using the designated carrier.
- Follow general warehouse practices for safety, organization, and housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate verbal and written information concisely and effectively.
- Outstanding time management, planning, and coordinating skills.
- Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment.
