The RealReal is seeking a Quality Control Associate to inspect and audit outbound processes, personnel, and work areas, communicate gaps, and support training and continuous improvement. The role is full-time, onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, with an expected hourly rate of $18; starting pay considers work location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspect, record, and update quality attributes for designated Outbound functions.
- Complete daily audits of processes, personnel, and work areas.
- Conduct inspections in accordance with audit guidelines and UPH expectations.
- Collaborate with Training and Development to identify and deliver training and communication.
- Communicate knowledge, process, and skill gaps identified through inspections.
- Uphold and maintain company brand standards.
- Collaborate with the QC and Training Lead and the Outbound team.
- Promote a positive culture of learning, continuous improvement, and total quality management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in auditing, QC metrics, and return-rate metrics.
- Comprehensive understanding of the functional areas being audited.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Able to prioritize daily tasks and deadlines.
- Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and pivot tables.
