The RealReal seeks a Fashion Product Handler for its Phoenix authentication center to distribute and quality-check luxury goods, organize receiving operations, and move products and pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role pays an expected $16–$16.50 per hour; starting pay considers work location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Distribute products to the appropriate Authentication departments: Jewelry, Ready-to-Wear, Men’s, Shoes & Accessories, and Handbags.
- Keep sorting racks stocked and distribute products evenly.
- Quality-check each item at pickup and ensure it has a receiving ticket.
- Transfer rejected items to the consignor returns department.
- Coordinate with Lead Receivers to route VIP consignments to the appropriate authentication teams.
- Stock the Receiving Desk with supplies, including hangers, containers, plastic sleeves, and printer paper.
- Distribute inbound boxes and bags to Receiving, keeping consignments with multiple bags together.
- Keep the Receiving area organized by consolidating and arranging consignments in the staging area.
- Use a manual pallet jack to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse; training is provided.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment.
- Self-motivation and drive to achieve results.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite.
