The RealReal seeks a Driver to transport consigned products to its authentication centers, handle pickups and drop-offs, and support store operations. The role includes operating and maintaining company vehicles, tracking inventory, and packing and scanning products; the expected hourly rate is $21.50, with starting pay based on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive assigned routes for store operations and curbside pickups.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, following maintenance and servicing protocols, including oil and tire changes.
- Maintain regular communication with management and the dispatcher, tracking product pickups and drop-offs.
- Identify route issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients and coworkers.
- Load, transport, and drive without assistance, meeting the role’s physical requirements.
- Complete pickups and drop-offs accurately and on time.
- Follow inventory control procedures and prepare accurate paperwork and records.
- Assist with store operations as needed.
- Pack and scan products using internal apps on the road and at the office, then ship them to authentication centers.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Able to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled plastic bins over inclines, stairs, and changes in walking surfaces and elevations.
- Able to lift at least 70 pounds and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
- Able to pass pre-employment substance abuse screening and background and MVC background checks.
- Able to load and unload the shuttle safely.
- Punctual and available to work overtime as needed.

At least 1 year of route transportation experience.
