  • Coordinate utility setup and activation with the Project Manager, Engie and service providers; confirm service dates and follow up on setup and invoice issues.
  • Support weekly OAC meetings by preparing updates, recording decisions and maintaining an action log with owners and due dates.
  • Maintain RFI and Change Order logs, gather supporting information, and flag scope, schedule and cost impacts for Project Manager review and required approvals.
  • Track contractor progress against the project schedule and approved documents; escalate missed milestones, unresolved issues and quality concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Support site visits and milestone checks, documenting field conditions, progress and corrective work for Project Manager review.
  • Coordinate site readiness and millwork, FF&E and SBO receipt checks with the general contractor and Purchasing; retain receipt evidence and report shortages or damage to Purchasing for resolution.
  • Coordinate Project Manager-requested security guard coverage, maintain service records, track requests and route invoices for review.
  • Follow up on assigned field actions and coordinate approved corrective work with contractors and internal partners; refer technical decisions and scope changes to the Project Manager.
  • Identify and promptly escalate schedule, budget, quality and opening-readiness risks, documenting the issue, responsible owner and required decision.

  • Support punch-list tracking, including corrective work, owners and due dates; provide completion evidence to the Project Manager and PMO.
  • Partner with Construction Commercial Management to prepare and complete project closeout packages and tenant allowance submissions; collect as-built drawings, warranties, operation manuals and supporting documentation, track outstanding items and follow up on submission requirements to support tenant allowance recovery and financial closeout.
