Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve goals through execution of the productivity program, team-member coaching and outstanding client service.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality store experience for customers.
• Run the store strategically and efficiently in accordance with company standards.
• Prioritize, plan, delegate and adapt to business needs.
• Maximize inventory management, cash control and loss-prevention practices.
• Ensure appropriate store staffing through recruitment and retention.
• Create and foster an environment that enables the team to thrive and succeed.
• Develop and guide a large team of employees.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail store management experience; specialty retail experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering the SWATCH brand culture.
• Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills.
• Ability to lead and sustain an efficiently operating, cohesive store.
• Team-oriented.
