The Café Ambassador delivers customer service and memorable Swarovski experiences while supporting café operations, food safety and store teams. This part-time seasonal position is expected to run from October 2026 to January 2027; pay is $22.32–$26.04 hourly, with eligibility for a sales incentive bonus program for regular employees only, not seasonal hires.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service while supporting smooth day-to-day café operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, inventory management, equipment upkeep and food safety compliance.
- Assist with daily preparation, service delivery and operational activities to ensure an efficient customer experience.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage participation in loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
- Support team members across all areas of the store with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
- Help maintain a safe, compliant and welcoming environment by following company policies, procedures and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Valid, current NYC Food Protection Certificate from the New York City Department of Health.
- Excellent, demonstrated customer service skills and a personable manner that builds trust.
- Curious, empathetic and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.
- Confidence in expressing individuality and bringing creative ideas to the team.
