Sephora is hiring a full-time, permanent Warehouse Associate for its Las Vegas Distribution Center. The role safely processes inventory from receiving and put-away through picking, packing, and shipping, with cross-training across departments and a target hourly pay of $19.50; actual pay depends on relevant factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately receive, stock, pick, pack, prepare, replenish, put away, and ship Sephora products in line with established processes and production standards.
- Work across departments on receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping assignments according to business and operational needs.
- Follow company, state, and OSHA safety guidelines, wear required protective equipment, and report safety concerns.
- Follow Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire to help safeguard products and people.
- Maintain reliable attendance and a flexible schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- Able to stand, walk, sit, squat, and lift throughout the shift, including safely and consistently lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Available to work evenings or weekends as required.
- Meet performance and attendance expectations while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
