Sephora seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate for a non-guaranteed-hours, part-time position with a variable schedule of 0–14 hours per week, from October 5 through January 10. The role supports client service, sales goals, store operations, visual merchandising and an inclusive shopping experience; hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Qualifications
- Available for a variable schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
