This seasonal part-time position supports Sephora's peak business operations with flexible scheduling of 0–14 hours weekly through January 10. The Seasonal Associate delivers exceptional client experiences, manages inventory and visual merchandising, and maintains operational excellence while fostering an inclusive, welcoming store environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals during peak retail periods
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards throughout the store
- Execute visual merchandising initiatives to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where all team members and clients feel empowered and valued
