Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Raleigh for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role with a variable schedule of 0–14 hours per week, expected from October 5 through January 10. The associate supports client service, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising during peak retail periods; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
- Maintain accurate promotional displays and execute events in line with Sephora’s visual merchandising standards.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Provide both store operations support and onstage service during peak business periods, creating a welcoming experience and keeping the store stocked and visually ready.
