Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours, part-time position, with an expected 0–14 hours per week based on business needs and scheduling from October 5 through January 10. The role supports client service, sales goals, store operations, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and an inclusive shopping environment; availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required. Hourly pay is $21.75–$24.88, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
