Sephora seeks a full-time Retail Operations Supervisor in Fresno to lead the operations team, oversee inventory and merchandising, and support an exceptional client experience. Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and adherence to operational standards.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
