Sephora is seeking a full-time Retail Operations Leader in Houston to lead store operations, inventory and merchandising, while coaching the team and supporting an exceptional client experience. The regular permanent role requires 30–40 hours per week, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays; pay is $26–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment, ensuring operational standards are met.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events and store maintenance to uphold brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to store goals.
- Guide and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics and company initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Lead the operations team and support efficient store operations and an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
