- Partner with Retail Communications and Design teams to ensure translated materials follow established content, brand, design, and store-voice standards.
- Advise cross-functional partners on translation and localization, identifying risks and recommending solutions when direct translation could affect clarity, meaning, or audience relevance.
- Drive continuous improvement across communications responsibilities and lead or participate in improvements to Retail Communications processes and tools.
- Travel to Sephora stores as needed to monitor project progress and adoption, gather feedback and insights, and develop new or improved procedures.
- Own and support special projects, applying translation and localization expertise to ensure successful execution and alignment with broader business goals.
- Occasionally support core retail communications during peak periods, coverage gaps, or special projects.
- Create and execute comprehensive, compelling communication strategies for stores and retail leadership to support clarity and alignment across the business.
- Advise on messaging, timing, methods, and communication vehicles to maximize impact.
- Evaluate communications requests across departments to ensure they are necessary and aligned with organizational priorities.

- Strong project-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize a high volume of requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening and collaboration skills, with a commitment to understanding business-partner and audience needs.
