The Operations Leader oversees store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and merchandising while leading and developing the operations team and supporting an exceptional client experience. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30–40-hour weekly schedule; hourly pay is $22.00–$25.50, depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate business factors specific to the position or location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment and order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met.
- Lead visual merchandising, promotional events and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand presentation and drive sales.
- Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and help achieve store goals.
- Coach and train team members in operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics and company initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Uphold company policies and help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Lead the operations team and support efficient store operations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality; at least 3 years of experience.

- Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Available for the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; full-time schedules are 30–40 hours per week.
