The Operations Associate supports Sephora’s daily store operations, including inventory, replenishment, fulfillment and visual merchandising, while helping deliver exceptional client experiences and meet sales goals. This permanent, part-time role requires 15–29 hours per week, availability for nights, weekends and holidays, and offers $18.00–$20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience and other position- or location-specific factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
- Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
