Sephora is seeking a full-time Licensed Beauty Advisor in Houston to provide makeup, waxing, and other Beauty Services menu offerings, advise clients, and support store goals. The role requires an active state license, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and availability for 30–40 hours per week, including peak retail periods. Hourly pay is $21.75–$24.88, depending on qualifications, experience, and other position- or location-specific factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
- Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed on Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain active licenses and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours.
