Sephora seeks a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor for its Sawyer Heights store in Houston. The role provides makeup, waxing, and other beauty services, supports sales and client relationships, and requires an active state license; schedules include 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Hourly pay is $21.75–$24.88, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain active licenses and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
