Sephora is hiring a part-time Licensed Beauty Advisor for its Aventura store. The role provides makeup, waxing, and other beauty services, supports store goals through client service and product sales, and requires an active state license and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Pay is $19.80–$22.90 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, serving clients, and selling products.
- Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Keep licenses active and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote an open culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
