Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Stonebriar Centre location in Frisco, Texas. The role delivers personalized beauty consultations, product recommendations, and expert guidance to clients while maintaining store presentation and upholding brand standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and application methods
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding targets and key performance indicators while maintaining authentic client relationships
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and a clean, organized store environment
