Sephora is hiring a full-time, permanent Assistant Store Manager for its Glen Eagle Square store in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. The role supports daily operations, team leadership and development, recruitment, sales and profitability, and an exceptional client experience; the annual base salary is $66,200–$81,050, with eligibility-dependent bonus opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales and profitability.
- Lead, coach, inspire, and empower the team to meet performance goals while fostering development and accountability.
- Attract, hire, and onboard talent, building a diverse and inclusive team aligned with Sephora’s values and service standards.
- Promote continuous learning through real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing support.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments, driving results and improving team performance through hands-on leadership.
- Ability to recruit, inspire, and develop talent, deliver results, and foster an energetic, collaborative atmosphere.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate open dialogue.
- Commitment to empowering teams through tailored mentorship, real-time coaching, and actionable feedback.
- Experience creating memorable, personalized client experiences that build loyalty while balancing operational priorities and driving business growth.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
