The Distribution Center Coordinator supports processing, material handling, receipt issue resolution, freight prioritization, and inventory accuracy to help merchandise reach its destination on time. The role has no direct reports and requires use of a manual pallet jack, physical work throughout a shift, and the ability to learn an RF scanner and Warehouse Management Systems. The listed pay range is $20.19–$22.60, with actual starting pay varying by work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform department functions, including processing, material handling, and problem resolution.
- Resolve receipt issues with external business partners.
- Prioritize freight to achieve daily goals.
- Verify that merchandise is received correctly.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
- Work with the leadership team to resolve problems and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Help ensure merchandise reaches its designated destination on time.
