Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue’s customer service principles: Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales, vendor-line sales, event sales, and department daily and monthly sales goals.
- Build and maintain customer relationships as a brand expert and department representative, delivering consistently high customer service.
- Serve as a positive liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and the designated Account Executive.
- Use Saks Fifth Avenue’s online clienteling resource to record and maintain client information and preferences and drive individual business.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial approach and product application through closing the sale and customer follow-up.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming cosmetics counter.
- Focus on in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.
- Maintain a properly merchandised counter and proficiently close retail sales.
- Drive individual business and create individual success using Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
- Demonstrated successful sales experience exceeding quota.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring multitasking with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and use Saks Fifth Avenue’s proprietary online clienteling tools and software.
