The NetJets FinTech Intern works on finance, technology, AI, and digital transformation initiatives, analyzing finance processes and developing business cases for AI solutions. The internship runs from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027, and includes department projects, mentorship, and exposure to NetJets’ operations and tools.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience at the intersection of finance, technology, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze finance business processes, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice management, and ERP workflows.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop business cases for AI and generative AI solutions to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Manage and complete department-assigned projects in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate directly with a department mentor, set goals, and monitor progress.
- Develop an understanding of NetJets’ operations, approach, methodology, and tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree; degree fields may include computer science, analytics, information systems, artificial intelligence, or finance.
- Proficiency in Python, LLM, and Agentic AI.
- Knowledge of data mining, process mining, and process automation.
- Task-oriented, organized, and conscientious.
- Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic; self-motivated, positive, personable, and able to develop relationships.
- Comfortable using Excel spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
