The Personal Stylist Assistant supports client communication, outfit recommendations, selling appointments, and related operations in-store and online, reporting to an assigned Personal Stylist. This part-time role includes appointment preparation and follow-up, client information management, digital selling support, and fitting-room and merchandise upkeep.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including ringing transactions at POS and processing merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
- Complete post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking, alterations, and thank-you notes.
- Help organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for Top Clients.
- Enter and maintain precise clientele information.
- Support digital selling and social media presence.
- Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned to stock.
- Ensure fitting rooms are clean, using housekeeping and maintenance services.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience with technology and experience using digital tools.
- Fashion retail experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
