Mayors seeks a Sales Professional to build client relationships, anticipate client needs and deliver memorable service through product knowledge, storytelling and hospitality, with a focus on timepieces and/or jewelry. The role is permanent, full-time, with schedule flexibility for showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Make clients’ needs the primary focus.
- Build client relationships by listening to clients, anticipating their needs and taking personal responsibility for their requests.
- Maintain strong knowledge of merchandise and stay up to date on new product introductions.
- Create a positive impression and deliver memorable client service through storytelling and hospitality, with a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Maintain schedule flexibility and availability for showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent storytelling ability.
- Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Excellent client service and selling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
