Mayors is seeking a full-time, permanent Administrative Associate for its Aventura showroom. The role supports showroom administration and client service, manages operating costs, and requires schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain showroom administration in line with company procedures.
- Provide consistent support to the showroom and clients, delivering excellent client service.
- Manage and deliver operating costs, identifying suitable efficiency improvements.
- Analyze performance and make effective decisions to ensure KPIs are delivered.
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of management.
Qualifications
- Flexibility and availability to work showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in office or retail administration and operations.
