The Warehouse Coordinator manages spare parts for repairs and stores, overseeing stock control, repair allocations, orders and shipments. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role in Irving, Texas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming repairs and create a label for each.
- Check the quality of spare parts.
- Create picking lists and allocate spare parts to each repair.
- Report and adjust stock discrepancies.
- Create stock movements according to rules defined with Finance.
- Inspect repairs awaiting spare parts to ensure all required information is available.
- Conduct daily cycle counts.
- Track incorrect and missing data in JD Edwards to improve the system.
- Use JD Edwards to locate parts when artisans need them.
- Coordinate with Cergy on spare-part issues, including quality, lead time and incomplete shipments.
- Report spare-part quality issues to the SCL Supervisor.
- Communicate incoming-repair issues to the Store Support team.
- Coordinate new orders with the Cergy team.
- Process store orders and backorders within one business day (24 hours).
- Communicate with stores about required spare parts.
- Receive shipments from Cergy and process them within one business day (24 hours).
- Keep repairs awaiting parts organized.
- Propose solutions for bags waiting for parts for more than two weeks.
- Create locations for new spare parts as needed.
- Keep the department organized.
- Participate in company improvement projects.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Dynamism and the ability to switch between tasks according to operational needs.
- Comfort with computers and data.
