L’Oréal Luxe is hiring Material Movement Specialists for its Monmouth Junction fulfillment center, working Monday–Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The permanent, full-time role supports the accurate, safe movement and system processing of materials throughout the fulfillment center; starting pay is $21+ per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Move materials physically and process the corresponding transactions accurately in computer systems across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping areas.
- Maintain inventory integrity and ensure a smooth flow of goods to meet customer demand.
- Move, store, and prepare products for shipment accurately and safely.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to attendance and punctuality.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift operation experience preferred; certification is a plus.
- Radio Frequency (RF) scanner experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.

The base compensation for this position is USD 21 per hour.
