L’Oréal Luxe is hiring Material Movement Specialists for its Monmouth Junction fulfillment center on a permanent, full-time basis, Monday–Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The role supports material movement and accurate system transactions across receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping; starting pay is $21+ per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Physically move materials throughout the fulfillment center, including in receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping areas.
- Record accurate transactions for materials in the computer system.
- Maintain inventory integrity and ensure goods flow smoothly to meet customer demand.
- Move, store and prepare products for shipment accurately and safely.
Qualifications
- Commitment to attendance and punctuality.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, pull, push and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift operation experience preferred; certification is a plus.
- Radio Frequency (RF) scanner experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
