L’Oréal Luxe is hiring Material Movement Specialists for its Monmouth Junction fulfillment center on the Monday–Friday second shift, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. This permanent role supports the safe and accurate movement, storage, system processing, and shipment preparation of materials; starting pay is $21+ per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Move materials physically and process accurate transactions in the computer system across the fulfillment center, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping areas.
- Maintain inventory integrity and ensure the smooth flow of goods to meet customer demand.
- Move, store, and prepare products for shipment accurately and safely.
Qualifications
- Commitment to attendance and punctuality.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift operation experience preferred; certification is a plus.
- Radio Frequency (RF) scanner experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
