L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
The Keyholder supports the Store Manager in achieving store and individual sales goals, delivering elevated customer service, training employees, and maintaining store presentation and operations. This is a permanent, full-time position in Ontario, California, with a salary range of $17–$19.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and uphold customer service excellence standards.
- Lead in productivity and maintain regular, punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals while meeting individual sales targets set by the management team.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures.
- Train new store employees.
- Execute visual directives, educational selling tools, and customer service standards effectively.
- Use available resources, remove roadblocks, and drive process improvement.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Retail and/or cosmetics experience preferred.
- Previous keyholder experience preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as needed, and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
