Le Labo seeks a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, coach the sales team, deliver personalised customer service, reconcile cash and open and close the store on a rota basis. The full-time role offers an anticipated hourly range of $18.98–$25.30, depending on factors including experience, skills, education and budget, with rates potentially varying by geographic location; it is also eligible for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Lead by example through coaching and mentoring, modelling the behaviours expected of the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service and achieve sales and service targets.
- Perform start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening and closing, is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.
